Rick and Vivian are siblings and adoptive parents. Our girls are Hannah and Hope, both adopted and are now cousins. I love the story behind both children and have learned to appreciate the miracle and gift of adoption. Romans 8 says, we have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; you have received the Spirit of Adoption whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Biblically, adoption into God's family is for those who have called on Christ for the forgivenenss of sin and have accepted Him as a personal Savior.
