A wise man once said, “we expect nothing, but are grateful for anything!” We align our hearts with that quote and appreciate the thoughtfulness of our family and friends.
Nicely, Party of Six sounds so real and long awaited for our family. We’ve desired to grow our family for many years, yet life and Church Planting took priority. Go back a couple years, Hope Victoria began a savings in her Baby Bottle Bank declaring “this is for my brother!” We watched her be faithful, each time she received funds a good portion would go into that bank. Shortly afterwards, we agreed to begin praying about this more as a family and in October 2020 God confirmed that we were to move forward with pursuing our boys! You read that right! We have watched our girls do so well together, that we would want nothing more than for siblings to have one another as they grow. Therefore, we look forward to becoming “Nicely, Party of Six within the next six to twelve months.
Adoption is a beautiful thing, the road can be hard yet so rewarding. As we build relationships with birth families, consultants, attorneys, home study workers and others, our desire is to be a light to all we encounter along the way!
