Sweet sayings of my two year old:
During bedtime tonight I ask Hope what she was thankful for and she gave me the "Jesus" sign...pointing to each palm. How sweet to know that she's listening and sensing Him in a small way. We know she does not have an understanding of all He has done...,however she is told over and over again of the things he does, all that He is given and what pleases Him and she knows we are praying to Him daily. Thank you Lord for this sweet reminder that she is listening and watching. We are thankful for Jesus and all He is!
She was the cutest "Dorothy" I had ever seen, along with her courageous lion on the yellow brick road. She loved riding along and collecting candy. She kept her eye open all night for her friend "Yiyyie" AKA Lilly and when she saw her they instantly compared shoes, picture below!Our church puts on a huge festival at the local mall with bouncy's, petting zoo, games up and down the side walks and inside. It was fabulous for the kids and adults.
My nieces E & E are 7 months older than HVN and she's standing just as tall! This was a great day with family. We love to be outside!
He is her Knight and Shining Armour right now. All is dropped when his truck drives up the driveway.Her feet go dashing. Her arms start flying until she reaches him and he wisps her in the air...as she hopes he will do each time. And he does. She has an endless supply of kisses for him and she knows his lap is always open for her. She adores wrestling and dressing up just to hear him say "You are so beautiful" one more time and He does...several times a day. See why she's a princess? And a sweet one she is....more often than not!
